Making an appointment

We have introduced an Online triage tool that enables our GPs to conduct consultations more efficiently.

eConsult provides an online portal where you can self-check your symptoms, and receive on the spot medical advice 24/7. Helping to relieve pressure on GPs by giving you access to round-the-clock support and alternative treatment providers.




If you require an 'on the day' appointment please call us and we can either arrange a time for you to come in to see a GP, Nurse Practitioner or Practice Nurse, or, if you prefer, a telephone consultation with a GP or nurse.  Patients are encouraged to book GP appointments in advance wherever possible.

Nurse and phlebotomy clinics are run by appointment only, please be aware you may be questioned to ensure you attend the correct clinic.

If you need to book an appointment outside our normal surgery hours, as you find it difficult to attend during the day, please contact our appointments desk.  This is not an emergency service and patients requiring to be seen urgently after 6:30pm or before 8:00am should contact NHS111 by dialing 111 on your telephone.

The practice now offers a number of on-line patient services such as

  • Appointment booking - Allowing patients to directly book an appointment at the practice that best meets your available time
  • Medication Request - Allowing the ability to request medication items
  • Medical Record Summary - Allowing the ability to view a summary of your medical record showing your medication and allergies.

To use any of theses services you will need to be a registered user. If you would like to register, please contact the surgery reception by either phoning the main surgery or attending in person, bringing with you photographic proff of your identity.

Please note: All appointments are just 10 minutes long.
